AMBASSADOR RECIPES

A few of our ambassadors have shared their favorite Aliment and Gleam recipes for you to try!

Megan Ozosky

P.B & Cocoa Oatmeal

3 cups water

1 cup steel cut oats (gluten free, if needed)

Pinch of salt

1/4 cup milk (I use almond, cashew, or coconut), add more as desired

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 serving of Gleam

1 Tbs. chia seeds

Dash of cinnamon

2 tsp. of cocoa powder

  1. Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. When the water is boiling, add oats and a pinch of salt.
  2. Reduce heat to low and cook 15-20 minutes, or until most of the water is absorbed and the oats are tender.
  3. Add 1 scoop of Gleam
  4. Stir in milk, vanilla, cinnamon and cocoa powder and remove from heat. Top with your favorite toppings!

Topping Suggestions:

1 Tbs. of organic P.B.

3/4 cup of berries

1/2 banana

Chocolate Waffles

(Makes 4 servings)

2 cups Kodak Cakes buttermilk mix

1 serving of Aliment

1 serving of Gleam

1 Tbs of cocoa powder

1 3/4 cup of water

4 Tbs. of liquid egg whites

Topping Suggestions:

Crofter’s Jam

Organic Peanut Butter

Your favorite fruits, I like blueberries, strawberries and bananas!

Alex Romero

I love protein bars for a midday snack but they get expensive and almost always taste like chalk. I made my own protein balls that are way easy and taste like those no bake cookies we made in middle school.

Protein No Bake Balls:

1/2 c peanut butter

1 pack of instant oatmeal (or 1/2 c)

1 tbsp of sweetener (I used sugar free maple syrup)

1 scoop of Aliment

1 scoop of Gleam

2 tbsp of dark chocolate chips

1 tbsp of water

I whisk the protein powders with water and sweetener, I then mix in the oatmeal and fold in the peanut butter. It takes a few minutes to mix together but once it's the consistency of cookie dough you add in the chocolate chips and roll it into balls. Should make about 11, 92 calories, 6.1 fat, 5.6 carbs and 5.3 protein. I usually have two between lunch and dinner and they are super filling!

Grand Kanyon Gleeson

“GKG” Cocoa Cookies

1 cup oat flower

2 scoops Aliment

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/3 cup cocoa powder

1 1/2 cup almond milk 🥛

1/3 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven 375 F

Combine ingredients and stir

Drop a heaping spoon full onto cookie sheet

Bake for 10 minutes (very important 🤭🤭🤭)

 Enjoy & stay Bionic, yo!

“GKG” Yum Pre Workout Coffee

1 scoop of perfect Gleam collagen

500 ml Coffee strong 💪

*Baileys Irish Cream if desired ;)

Kialee Johnson

My go to protein shake is:

 Vanilla Carbmaster

1 scoop of Gleam

Adams 100% natural peanut butter (1 large spoonful)

1 scoop of GNC Wheybolic Ripped chocolate peanut butter

Add a little bit of ice and blend with the Ninja blender!

Vincent Bonacci

My favorite recipe using Aliment is:

1 large banana

1 scoop Aliment

1/4 cup cottage cheese (blends in like yogurt but without the strong flavor)

2 tbsp peanut powder

Add milk (any type) to blend! I like it really thick so I don’t add a ton of milk.

This is my favorite smoothie to have for lunch, and it keeps you full for hours which I really like.

Collagen has a lot of benefits ranging from the rejuvenation of hair, skin, and nails, to the restoration of muscles, tendons, and joint function. Collagen production decreases as the human body ages but no one wants to feel the impact. Joint and muscle pain? Dull skin? Thin hair? No, thank you! For those of us interested, habitual collagen consumer Tiffany K has taken the time to share the benefits of collagen, how she incorporates GLEAM into her daily routine, and tips she’s picked up along the way to experience noticeable and desirable results.
